Isabelle Garway-Templeman

I was born and raised in Paris, always attracted to discovering new places and people.  I lived in London then Asia for 25 years, I am now back in the UK.  I love people and their stories and feel inspired by the constant mixes and contrasts that each place offers.  I continuously work on my techniques through various courses.  I started with drawing and painting, and really enjoyed the life drawing group I belonged to for many years.  I rediscovered the contact with clay on a potter’s course which led me to sculpture. Thanks to John, our amazing tutor, I am also experimenting with ciment fondu and other mediums.  I have the desire to express my faith through my art, abstract or realistic.
